Guitarists Paul Barrere and Fred Tackett of the classic Little Feat band will perform twice in Sonoma County this weekend:

Little Feat, founded in Los Angeles in 1969, went through many personnel changes, but both Barrere dates back to 1972, and Tackett to 1987.

My personal favorite Little Feat song? “Dixie Chicken” from 1973. (“If you’ll be my Dixie chicken, I’ll be your Tennessee lamb.”)
