‘Rockin’ the Mountain’ stars Lara Johnston, daughter of Doobie Brothers star Tom Johnston, and other emerging young musicians at 8 p.m. Saturday, May 8, at the Phoenix Theater, 201 Washington St., Petaluma.

The roster also includes Griffin Stoller & Kenny Blacklock, Third Rock and Crunchy Frog.

The concert’s a benefit for Mountain Play production of ‘Guys and Dolls,’ opening May 23 on Mount Tam, and some of the musicians from that show will join Saturday’s lineup at the Phoenix.
