A lot of singer-songwriters sound like everybody else.
And then there’s Fred Eaglesmith.
Eaglesmith, known writing songs about trains, dogs, guns, drinking and farming (among other things), will perform at 8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, at Sebastopol’s Studio E.
His songs include plot twists and surprise endings, and he likes to slip in comic monologues between tunes.
Admission costs $25. For tickets and directions to the venue go to the Last Record Store in Santa Rosa, or visit www.northbaylive.com.
