Flowmotion

When a regionally popular band from the Pacific Northwest goes on a West Coast tour, stopping at smaller and mid-sized venues, that might understandably escape your notice.

Flowmotion, a rock quintet from Seattle, has long been a popular act on its home turf, especially at the annual Summer Meltdown festivals in the small Cascades mountain town of Darringtown, Wash.

Northern Californians will get a chance to hear the group, when it plays at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 25, at Art Center Ukiah, 201 S. State St., Ukiah. Doors open at 7 p.m.
