If you crave that rinky-tinky, root-tooty sound of 1920s pop music — with a Teutonic flavor, just for fun — Wells Fargo Center for the Arts has the show for you.
Bandleader Max Raabe and his 12-piece Palast Orchester recreate the music and decadent style of 1920s and ‘30s Berlin at 8 p.m. next Tuesday, April 12, at the center, 50 Mark West Springs Road, Santa Rosa.
Formed at the Berlin University of the Arts in the mid-’80s, this act keeps tongue in cheek and tuxedo and tie in place.
Wilkommen to the cabaret.
Admission: $20-$50.
