Bay Area comedians will gather Saturday, May 21, to raise money for a Petaluma woman’s battle against brain cancer.

Titled “Tumor Be Gone,” the show is designed to help Kimbell Jackson cover her medical bills. The show starts at 8 p.m. at Glaser Center, 547 Mendocino Ave., Santa Rosa.

Performers will include stand-up comics Dave Pokorny and Emmy Award-winner Rick Overton of HBO’s “Dennis Miller Live,” as well as Grammy-nominated singer Perla Batallam, plus comic cabaret duos Richard and Sandy Riccardi and Lol Levy and Nancy Gold.

The lineup also includes improv comedy troupes 6th Street Improv, Slip Goose Monkey and the World’s Biggest Comedy Duo.

The evening also will feature a silent auction, hors d’oeuvres and wine.

Kimbell Jackson is the wife of actor and radio personality Jeffrey Weissman, known for playing  Marty McFly’s father in the second and third films in the “Back to the Future” series.

Weissman is also host of the “Rare and Well Done” music series on KRCB 88.5 FM in Santa Rosa, now on hiatus during his wife’s illness.
