Sting’s Dec. 2 show at the Nob Hill Masonic Center in San Francisco has sold out, so a second show has been added Dec. 3.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 3, at ticketmaster.com and livenation.com.

Both shows are part of Sting’s “Back to Bass Tour,” celebrating his 25th anniversary as a solo artist.

The tour features Sting, backed by a five-piece band, performing his hits in a series of small, intimate theater venues. The songs will be “stripped down and raw,” promoters promise.

“Sting: 25 Years,” a 3-CD boxed was released Sept. 27, and “Sting: The Best of 25 Years,” a single disc, will be released Oct. 18.
