Sheri Mignano and Michael Van Why of Due Zighi Baci

Sonoma State University offers to send you to Naples — culturally, not physically — at a very low price.

On Friday, Oct. 21, SSU’s Sonoma Film Institute will screen “Passione,” John Turturro’s 2010 documentary on the music of Naples, at 8 p.m. at Warren Auditorium in Ives Hall on the SSU campus in Rohnert Park.

But that’s not all. Before the film, at 7 p.m., the Sonoma County duo Due Zighi Baci (“Two Gypsy Kisses”) will perform Italian and Neopolitan songs. The duo features tenor Michael Van Why and accordionist Sheri Mignano.

Admission: $6-$10. Tickets: brownpapertickets.com. Information: 664-2606.
