Some film festivals thrive, some fade and others change, expand and adapt.

The Bodega Bay International Short Film Festival, which drew more than 900 movie buffs to its debut event last year, is moving to a new town and has adopted a new name.

Renamed the Healdsburg International Short Film Festival, the event will be held Sept. 21-23 this year at several Healdsburg venues.
