The Transcendence Theatre Company, which made its debut last summer with a series of outdoor musical stage revues at Jack London Historic State Park, has announced its second “Broadway Under the Stars” season.

The series will feature four separate, themed programs in a total of 14 performances, running from June 28 through Aug. 31, including wine tasting and picnics in the park before the shows.

The inaugural 2012 season was voted “Best Special Theater Event” in the Broadway World San Francisco web site.

The initial “Broadway Under the Stars” series drew an total audience of 7,500, raised  $27,000 for Jack London State Historic Park in Glen Ellen.

The 2012 season featured performers from Broadway productions and touriing companies of “Mamma Mia,” “Les Miserables,” “Chicago,” “La Cage Aux Folles,” “Gypsy,” “Hairspray,” and “Mary Poppins.”

The series: “Fly Me to the Moon,” June 28-30 and July 5-6; “Fantastical Family Night,” July 19-20; “Dancing Through Life,” Aug. 9-10 and 15-17; “Gala Celebration Concert,” Aug. 30-31,

Tickets cost $29-$125, with discounts on tickets purchased before May 1, and $5 from every ticket sold going to benefit Jack London Historic State Park.
