Transcendence Theatre Company, which premiered its “Broadway Under the Stars” outdoor concert series at Jack London State Historic Park in Glen Ellen last year, is planning to stay.

The company has signed an agreement agreement with the nonprofit Valley of the Moon Natural History Association to remain in the park through 2019. The park is managed by Jack London Park Partners as a project of the association.

“We’re ecstatic,” said Stephan Stubbins, executive director of the Transcendence Theatre Company. “To have a home in the park for the next six years is huge for us.”

The 2013 season, playing June 28-Aug. 31, includes four sets of  themed concerts.

Tickets cost $29-125, with discounts on tickets purchased before May 1.

This summer $5 from each ticket sold to “Broadway Under the Stars” will benefit Jack London State Historic Park. Last summer, the concert series attracted 7,500 visitors, and raised more than $27,000 for the park.

Performances are staged outdoors at the old winery ruins next to Jack London’s cottage on the park grounds.
