Do you like music? Do you like BBQ? Do you like Monty Python? Do you like being silly in the street?

That’s how the web site for the Toad in the Hole Pub in Santa Rosa’s Railroad Square pitches “Mostly Python,” its fifth annual block party and street fair.

Running from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 11, in front of the pub, at 116 Fifth St., the bash includes four band, skits in the spirit of “Monty Python’s Flying Circus” and other general madness.

“This event is a true community collaboration, involving the Toad, 6th Street Playhouse, Arlene Francis Center and Lagunitas Brewing Co.,” said Toad in the Hole owner Paul Stokeld.

Admission is free.
