Condolences and tributes have been streaming from the friends and fans of Celtic harpist and master harp maker Chris Caswell since his death Monday, Jan. 21. Caswell, 60, a popular presence in the Russian River area for 15 years, starting in the late ’70s, died of cancer at his Oakland home.
