Santa Rosa comedian in new San Francisco film

Santa Rosa comedian Juan Carlos, a familiar face at Northern California nightclubs, is excited about the debut of his first feature film. “The name of the movie is ‘Trattoria’ and it will premiere in San Francisco on Friday, Nov. 9,” he said. Comedy show comes to Christy’s on the Square

Santa Rosa comedian Juan Carlos will perform a new half-hour set he calls “Delinquent Habits” at the live “Stand-Up Comedy Special” Saturday, March 31, at Christy’s on the Square in Santa Rosa. Santa Rosa stand-up comic Juan Carlos will make his first national television appearance Thursday, Jan. 5, on the Discovery Channel series, “I Almost Got Away With It.” The show will run at 6 and 9 p.m. on Comcast channel 804, Direct TV channel 285 and Dish Network channel 192. Santa Rosa comic at Purple Onion

Juan Carlos of Santa Rosa will be one of five stand-up comedians performing Saturday, Sept. 25, at the legendary Purple Onion nightclub in San Francisco.
