Jason Robert Brown

Tony Award-winning composer/lyricist and pianist Jason Robert Brown (“Parade,” “Last Five Years,” “13″) will perform songs from his shows at 7:30 p.m.  Saturday, May 22, and 3 p.m. Sunday, May 23, at Santa Rosa’s Wells Fargo Center for the Arts.

Roustabout Theater, resident theater company of the Wells Fargo Center, recruited Brown earlier this year to teach a master class for students in its apprentice program.

“Since we’re almost sold out for Saturday night’s concert, we’ve just added a college student rush for the Sunday show,” said Roustabout founder and director Clark Lewis. “Student rush tickets are $15 (cash or check) with college ID at the door Sunday.”
