Madeleine Peyroux

Jazz singer and songwriter Madeleine Peyroux will perform at the 18th annual Kate Wolf Music Festival, to be held June 28-30 at the Black Oak Ranch in Laytonville.

The three-day event will host nearly 50 music acts, including The Paul Thorn Band, known for mixing rock and blues, as well as country folk singer songwriter John Prine, blues legend Taj Mahal and ‘60s pop star Marianne Faithfull, who has found renewed success as a jazz and blues singer.

The festival is named for Northern California folk singer and songwriter Kate Wolf, who died at age 44 of leukemia in 1986.

Ticket are on sale now, with prices ranging from $80 to $225 for purchases before May 27.
