Once again, it’s time to dive into the dumpster in search of inspiration.

Artists are sought to create an eco-friendly version of haute couture out of trash for the Sonoma Community Center’s second annual “Trashion Fashion Show.”

The event is scheduled for April 21 at the Sonoma Community Center in Sonoma.

You’ll be doing some nice for the planet, and you could come out of this with some “green” of your own —  $1,250 in cash will be awarded, including $250 for “Best in Teen Category”.

The application deadline is 5 p.m. March 10.

A prospectus and application can be downloaded at  www.sonomacommunitycenter.org.

Or go to the Sonoma Community Center office, 276 E. Napa Street, Sonoma.

Or call 938-4626, ext. 1.

It’s up to you, but if you love to make and model clothes, and if you care about recycling, this is a chance you won’t want to miss.
