Mystery Photo No. 15, 'Dante Hotel'
Regular readers know the drill by now.
People all over the county have rallied to help Lynn Prime, Digital Projects Librarian at Sonoma State University, identify some of the hundreds of photos taken by students as part of historical preservation course during the ’70s.
The few background notes for these photos that have survived the past three decades are a bit skimpy, to say the least.
For the location of the Dante Hotel, shown in Mystery Photo No. 15 (carpssu_641 in the archive’s records), all Prime got was a one-word clue: “Cloverdale?”
