Everybody’s busy with Christmas plans right now, but what about the day after? You wake up in the morning with the floor cluttered with discarded gift wrappings and pine needles from the tree, and then what?

Don’t worry. The Sunday Gravy band has plans for you.

Join Sunday Gravy’s “Second Annual Day After Christmas Soul Funk Bash & Winter Coat Drive” at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 26, 2011 at Aubergine, 355 Petaluma Ave., Sebastopol.

It’s a free, all-ages event, with the band giving a live funk, soul and jazz performance. The show also features United Africa Club, with drummers Okili and Olembe Nguebari, and host Smoov-E.

Come and party. And don’t forget to bring a warm coat or other winter gear to donate to the needy.
