Dakaboom, a musical comedy duo featuring Maria Carrillo High School grads Paul Peglar and Ben McLain, will present its fourth annual holiday show at 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, Dec. 27-28, at the Kenwood Depot, 314 Warm Springs Road, Kenwood.

Both former students of Carillio’s award-winning choral teacher, Gail Bowers, the two comics are also singers, and co-founded the vocal ensemble Sonos with a third Carrillo grad, Jessica Freedman.

Peglar left Sonos in early 2011 to pursue an acting career, but McLain and Freedman and the rest of the Sonos group appeared later that year on the NBC-TV series “Sing Off.”
