Jazz singer and pianist Diana Krall’s previously announced Nov. 13 concert at Wells Fargo Center for the Arts has been canceled, along with the rest of her fall U.S. tour.

Suffering from ongoing complications caused by a severe case of pneumonia, the five-time Grammy Award-winner has postponed release of her new album, “Wallflower,” until 2015.

“Wallflower” was slated for North American release Oct. 21 by Verve Records,  and the U.S. leg of her “Wallflower World Tour” had been scheduled to start Nov. 7 on Phoenix, Ariz.

Ticket holders will automatically be issued a refund for their ticket purchases. Patrons who purchased tickets with a credit card will receive a refund to that card within 5 to 7 business days. Patrons who purchased tickets by cash or check will be mailed a refund check within 14 business days.

Fpr questions about refunds, call the Wells Fargo Center for the Arts ticket office at 707-546-3600, which is open daily from noon to 6 p.m.

“Performing is both a privilege and joy for me,” Krall said in a statement released Thursday (Sept. 25). “When I go out on stage I want to be able to give it everything. Taking this time to rest and recuperate will allow me to do that.”
